- CMBS Loans – Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities allow borrowers to finance their investments by pooling their properties into a trust and selling issued bonds to investors.
- Bridge Loans – If you need working capital, a bridge loan or hard money loan may be right for you. Terms include:
- Up to $100 million in funding
- 80% loan-to-value (LTV)
- Interest-only amortization
- Variable interest rates capped at 14.5%
- Equity and Mezzanine Financing
- We fund transactions ranging in value from $5 million to over $100 million. This product is best suited for investors with ample sources of working capital and significant net worth.
- SBA 7a and 504 Loans – These loans fund flagged hotels, owner-occupied properties, and non-flagged hotels. Interest rates start at 4.5% and you have up to 25 years to repay the loan.
